OUR STORE POLICY
CUSTOMER CARE
We consider all returns of items bought via our website or eBay store on a case by case basis. To return an item to us, the piece must not have been used and must still retain the original packaging (unless collected instore). If you wish to return an item to us please contact Tony or Ross directly within 14 days of receiving your item.
Your proof of purchase will be required and the item will be inspected and compared to our original photographs to ensure that it is in the same condition it was when received by you.

While we make every effort to ensure that items are available as offered on our website or eBay store, we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock when the order is submitted. We reserve the right to withdraw products in our range from sale for any reason or reject your order (without liability) if we are unable to process or fulfil it, in this event a full refund will be made to the purchaser.

We will only use your personal data for the fulfilment of your purchase, for accounting and if you have signed up to our newsletter for updates on items and events from the completion of our website contact form, and this is how we confirm your consent.
